The vehicle / mobility app from Volkswagen. The Volkswagen We app extends the brand experience by focusing on customer needs and taking advantage of mobility: dealers can be contacted more easily, content in the feed personalized and mobility services – such as the logbook or the fine calculator – can be used.
Tools
The aim of the app was to bundle all useful services that can make a journey easier.
In order to accelerate the release and to get the first usage data, the logbook was divided into two phases. A semi-automated and a fully automated application.
