Volkswagen We Portal
The customer portal for the owner of a Volkswagen.
From managing the configuration of a new vehicle, beyond the ordering process and customer support beyond the life cycle of an automobile, the portal acts as the point of contact for all interested parties and owners of a Volkswagen.
Tools
A logbook was integrated into the Volkswagen We Portal after the mobile application. For this purpose, functions were not only adapted to the desktop size but also redesigned.
This version of the application should offer the user an expanded overview and better customization options.
